Conscious Cravings started in August 2010 as a food trailer near the University of Texas campus in Austin, and now has three locations across Austin. Conscious Cravings
serves affordable, healthy, vegetarian and vegan wraps, salads, and smoothies. Their goal is to offer healthy meals with many organic and locally sourced ingredients, while
also keeping prices low by making many of their ingredients from scratch, including all of their sauces. Each of their wraps has a blend of spices that brings out unique flavor
profiles. All of their wraps are grilled, and they offer several gluten-free options as well. Conscious Cravings also tries to minimize their carbon footprint by using biodegradable food containers when possible.
How to Prepare for Attending TEDxCongressAve?
• What should I expect about the program?
The program will include presentations from four big thinkers and doers who will take 12-18 minutes to describe a big idea, how they arrived at the insight and any lessons they

fellow attendees as you can before and after the formal program, and during the break. A TEDx event is as much about sharing your own ideas with everyone as it is about
learning from the talks.
